Service Description

Follow-up appointments are designed to review your progress, discuss any changes in your symptoms or concerns, and continue developing your personalized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, we may further evaluate your diagnosis, review screening results, discuss treatment recommendations, monitor your response to previous interventions, or adjust your care plan. Medication management is provided when clinically appropriate but is not the focus of every follow-up visit.
